To schedule personnel as quickly as possible, you first created a time slot. This has been online for a while for staffers who can then give your service(s) a 'like'. They hereby indicate that they would like to work for the service. Have you collected some likes? Then it is time to send invitations.
View your likes
If you have received likes on your open services, you can see which staffers have shown interest. Go to the dashboard and view the likes of your service(s) under 'Planning'. Click on the relevant service and then click on 'Likes' to see which staffers have shown interest.
Manage your invites
You can view their profiles and invite them to work the service. Make sure you first read the user agreement and agree. Then invite the desired staffers by clicking the green invitation button. They will then receive a notification and can accept the invitation.
You can invite multiple staffers, but keep in mind that you cannot schedule more employees than the number you have set for your service. Under 'Invited' you can see who you have invited to the service. Then wait for the staffers to accept the invitation.
View your planning
If the staffers have accepted your invitation, you can see this under 'Planning' in the dashboard. Here you can see who is scheduled for your service.
